"Agritourism" can play an important role in sustaining local agriculture and
local economies. What does agritourism encompass? And how do farmers begin an
agritourism venture? How do county general plans and zoning ordinances govern
agritourism activities? What have farmers who practice agritourism learned from
their experiences?
