Mokelumne Hill’s Community Plan Task Force* spent eight months reviewing the 1983 Community Plan as it relates to the County’s General Plan Update

It’s Time to Discuss the Issues

Task Force Recommendations:
• Trading Plan Development Overlay District for Design Review Guidelines
• Expanding our unique commercial/residential land use designation
• Creating design guidelines for the community’s gateways

The 1983 Mokelumne Hill Community Plan and the Working Draft of the updated plan may be viewed on www.mokehill.org or at the Mokelumne Hill library
