The next meeting of the Moke Hill Community Plan Task Force is July 14th at 6:00 pm at the library. We are making a lot of headway on the Historic Design Review Guidelines and should have a redraft of the Guidelines posted to www.mokehill.org soon. At our next meeting we will hear from Chris Neibur on the importance of circulation/transportation and we'll also discuss the Planned Development Overlay District and properties with this designation. If we have enough time, we'll also continue our discussion of the commercial/residential flex designation.
Thank you to all of the Task Force members for your time and investment in this process. For those of you we haven't seen in awhile -- come on back. We miss you!
