Baseball used in first little league game, Hobbs Field, 1988
Greg Bourland has donated to the History Society the first baseball used at a Hobbs Field Little League game! It is inscribed "First Little League 1988" and signed by "Pat Hobbs." Greg was the grounds-keeper in those years and cared enough to save the ball, now to be enjoyed the whole town on display in the History Society cases at the Mokelumne Hill Library/Archives.
