Hi All,
I'm hoping to have a brief meeting with the planners of the 4th celebration and the business owners in town in regards to set up, clean up, activities planned, etc. As a business that will be positively impacted by the celebration I think a meeting would let us know what we can do to help. There was also talk of putting the band in front of our 'courtyard' area. However, there are concerns about insurance, electricity, and such.
I'm also hoping to have the Moke Hill School kids sell popcorn from the front of our shop and I want to make sure I'm not duplicating anything with that activity.
Does this sound like a good idea? We could meet at the Hotel or the Brewery.

I will be happy to meet up
I will be happy to meet up with everyone. My schedule is limited since I work graveyard. I am available on my days off anytime on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Also any day early evening. Pick a time and I will be there. The Association will be moving the band to a different spot instead of the courtyard area since there are concerns. We also have already made plans to sell popcorn since I believe it has not been done in the past but I see no reason why more than 1 group could not sell it.
