Steve Wilensky has scheduled three Town Hall meetings about property tax assessments.
The meetings will cover:
A brief history of Prop 13 and how property is assessed - The impact of a declining market on assessed values - How the County approaches revaluing property due to the decline - Answer as many questions as possible, time permitting.
The meeting dates and times are:
October 29 (7:30 pm - 9:00 pm)
American Legion Hall (next to Community Hall), West Point
October 30 (7:00 - 8:30 pm)
Community Hall, Mountain Ranch
November 12 (7:00 - 8:30 pm)
